About the tour

Wouldn’t you love to take the feel of what it would be to be a royal? Jaipur is the city of magnificence reflecting the royal sagas that could be felt and lived witnessing the architecture and the culture it surrounds. So this February, let’s unwind and traverse together to the royal city, Jaipur.

Jaipur is specially curated for the month of February to strike your vacation with the magic wand of cupid in the season of love. This love season definitely calls for self love and exploration and what could be a better place than the city that’s filled with myriad colours, that thrives with life, the mesmerizing handicrafts with glass, sequins, and zari works. Shopping surely tops the list. The itinerary is perfectly drawn to offer you a plethora of experiences and memories to cherish forever. So what are you waiting for? Just gear up and get on board with us!

The Prince of Wales’ journey to India during the golden age is where Jaipur’s rich history begins. Since the sweet hue pink was thought to represent hospitality, the entire city was drenched in this stunning tone by Maharaja Sawai Ram Singh of Jaipur as a gesture of his kind welcome to the prince. Jaipur, since then, is a city with a lot to offer. The city shines with historical significance, majestic monuments, contemporary art, jewels, Rajasthani cuisine and art, and many more attractions that entices anyone with a sense of unraveling adventure.

The tales of this bustling city that it surrounds with echoes with the elegance of the women folk  and the chivalry of the men. Every nook and corner of the city thrives with life and the roads that takes us to the magnificence of the forts and Havelis provide glimpses of the beautiful blend of traditional and modern Jaipur. You will get the majestic view of Amer Fort, Jaigarh Fort, the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Panna Meena Kund and Jal Mahal. If you are a fan of art and wish to see the relics of yesteryears, the precious collections of the royal eras, we have you covered with the Albert Museum. And yes, the majestic experience of the heritage of Jaipur, the Choki Dhani is also in our list.

Pick up points: Jaipur railway station and Jaipur airport (Time will be shared once we have the final list of all the arrivals. If you reach too early and wish to have a private pick up without waiting for ours, your transfer to the hotel could be arranged at an extra cost.)

Please note: Outstation participants are requested to kindly land latest by 11.30 am.

We’ll have lunch enroute while admiring the bustling city of Jaipur. After reaching our place of stay, we’ll check-in and freshen up. Relax and enjoy your afternoon siesta to charge yourself up. Get  ready to roll on for the evening: Group orientation @ 4pm and soon after we’d leave for a tour of the heritage site Chokhi Dhani wherein you’ll get to see the various shades of pastoral as well as royal life of the people of Rajasthan. And yes, the elaborate Rajasthani thali is on the list for dinner.

This day looks forward to have a lot of walking exercise while exploring the royal lifestyle. After having breakfast, our first destination would be the Hawa Mahal. After an hour or so of enjoying the little ‘jharokhaas’ that open up to the pink city, we’d move towards Jal Mahal to click some outstanding insta-worthy photos. Amer fort waits next in the list. Now this would be an elaborate tour and a mesmerizing one too. Having covered Amer fort, we are sure to famish and so would hop in the nearby market for a decent lunch. Panna Meena Kund/ stepwell is just at the back of the Amer Fort and is only 5-7 mins away. After the photo sessions and explorations, we’d mmove towards the ‘Jaivan Canon’ at the Jaigarh fort. Not to miss the ‘sunset viewpoint’ at Nahargarh fort, the most picturesque scene of Jaipur. We’d then move back to our accommodation to enjoy a relaxed evening and dinner afterwards.

The 3rd day calls for a tour of the City Palace, the present residence of the royals. Within the premises is also the Govind dev ji temple dedicated to Govind Dev and his consort Radha. After the tour, we ‘d have lunch nearby. Bapu bazaar and johri bazaar are just a couple of kilometers away but we’ll need to hop into some rickshaws as entry of bigger vehicles become a tough job. A little bit of strolling in the market area whether you go for real shopping or window shopping, will definitely be fun. We’d then board our coach and then move towards Albert Museum and click some real good pictures there. A final superficial tour of the city before getting back to hotel to have a leisure evening and some indoor fun and dinner afterwards.

Exchange of warm hugs and hopes to be in touch forever.

Drops at railway station and Airport.
