This trip to the west is specially curated blending adventure with leisure to provide you with a thrilling experience of staying the night at Swiss tent in the midst of India’s largest desert, ‘Thar’ while stargazing and enjoying the folk music and Rajasthani culture. This trip is also a special one as we would experience a tour to a haunted and cursed village other than visiting the special Bishnoi village that speaks volume about the rustic but vibrant lifestyle of the Rajasthanis. Right from the ‘blue city walks’ in Jodhpur to camel rides at the Thar, this trip is packed with lots of adventures and fun while enjoying leisure hours too in between.

- 25% of the payment is to be made a month before the trip at the time of booking your seat.
- Balance payment is to be paid 20 days prior to the trip starting date in case of trips within India and 30 days prior in case of any trips outside India.
- 100% of the amount is to be paid if the booking is made 20 days or less than it, prior to the commencing of the trip.

- Any preference for non- veg dishes / alcoholic beverages can be added at an additional cost.
- Any meals not included in the inclusions will be at an additional cost, payable directly during the trip.
- The group size will be limited to a maximum of 16 people: 15 participants + 1 group leader or a minimum of 6 people: 5 participants + 1 group leader.
- We do not provide water bottles or any snacks during the trip. We therefore recommend you to carry your own water bottles and snacks like dry fruits/energy bars etc to nibble on during journeys.
- On day 5th after breakfast, participants will be dropped at Jodhpur railway station or Jodhpur airport as per the group timings keeping in view everyone’s departure schedules. Any private transfers can be arranged at an extra cost.
- If you prefer to reach Jodhpur a day early we can assist you with your stay.
- Sanitizers and mask (please carry extra masks in case you lose one).
- Comfortable walking shoes/sports shoes. Sightseeing calls for some amount of walking tours
- Indoor flip-flops/slippers, so that you do not have to roam around bare footed.

- Some amount of currency in cash. So that if the network fails or the ATM ditches, you do not have to worry.
- Most importantly, do not skip carrying your valid government approved Identity proof. No ID cards of institutions/organisation you work for is accepted during entries and other govt. official formalities.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the tour from your end for whatever reasons might be, Hills & Vales must be intimated through an email. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your writing, and the cancellation charges would be applicable on the total trip tariff and not on the token/ advance amount paid. The token/ advance amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- 51-60 days before the trip- 90% refund.
- 50-41 days before the trip- 70% refund.
- 40-31 days before the trip- 50 % refund.
- 30-21 days before the trip- 20% refund.
- Less than 20 days before the trip- no refund.
Note: However, in case if the trip is cancelled by Hills & Vales or finds itself in a situation where the trip cannot be executed, due to either any emergency that might affect the itinerary, the trip would be rescheduled or your payment refunded with the amount you paid. You remain assured that once you paid your money to us, it becomes our responsibility.
Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Saturday / Sunday or public holidays will be considered on the next working day.
