We focus on bringing the best Travel Experience
- Participants need to report fifteen minutes before the departure time. Departures will be made on time and no delays will be made owing to any participant getting late. In such case no refunds will be made.
- Outstation participants are suggested to keep ample time in hand before the scheduled departure of trips. Hills & Vales will not be liable for any delays/ cancellations of flights or trains.
- Valid government IDs such as Voter card, Aadhar card, Driving license, Passport are accepted. No ID cards of institutions or work place would be accepted for boarding or starting any trip.
- Hills & Vales reserves the right to confiscate payments of bookings made by producing fake identities or any false information provided during bookings.
- Booking confirmation and payments are to be made only on/through the contact details provided on the website. Transactions made through any other means or through any other contact is not our responsibility.
- Balance payments must be made 40 days prior to the departure failing which, it would be considered that you are no more interested for the tour. In such case, regular cancellation charges would be applicable as per the cancellation policy.
- Tour confirmation would be provided once the full payment is made. However it is to be noted that the aforesaid payment is meant for your stay, transportation, and two meals.(breakfast, Lunch/dinner) and does not include anything that is not included in the itinerary.
- We neither assign any seats during travel nor do we take any request for that. The same is applicable to accommodation too which again is on sharing basis. We do respect your choices for your sleeping arrangements and always try to provide the best but since it is a group affair, we expect you to be flexible with your choices and enjoy each other’s company.
- Sharing of room is left entirely on the participants to mutually decide. Under conditions where special arrangements have to be made for any participant, extra charges will be applicable for the person requesting the arrangement. Arrangement of such demand is subjected to availability too.
- Hills & Vales reserves the right to modify the place of stay or the itinerary due to operational issues or logistic challenges.
- We at Hills & Vales do our best to ensure that utmost measures are taken while undertaking a journey with you all. The itineraries are shared beforehand and you will be made aware of all modes of transport that will be undertaken during your trip. We request you therefore to kindly go through all the details mentioned in the website or feel free to put forward your queries to us through mail, whatsapp or calls.
- During your participation in the trips, certain circumstances may arise that may be beyond our control, including natural calamities, the hazards of traveling on road, by train, waterways, aircraft or any other means of transportation; accidents; illness or health issues; sudden political unrest/ riots; lawlessness or terrorism. Means of evacuation or medical facilities during such times of untoward incidences may take some time and needs to be dealt with patience by each member of the group.
- Undoubtedly, our destinations are well researched and the itineraries curated are based on your comfort and conveniences and so we hope not to face any situations that could be outside our reach and control. However, Hills & Vales will not have liability regarding any unforeseen events before, during or after the course of the travel. By agreeing to participate in a tour you therefore agree that you will not hold Hills & Vales or any member of the team responsible/liable towards any kind of provision, medical care or expenses.
- You must possess a passport which is valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of your arrival date back in India in case of an International Trip.
- In case of an international trip, you must possess a passport which is valid for a minimum of six months from the date of your arrival back to India.
- Hills & Vales holds no responsibility in case of delays in processing or in the issue/ grant of visa by the respective Embassy of the country to be visited. In such cases, the package cost would be adjusted to some other upcoming trips.
- There isn’t any age restriction for traveling with us. However we suggest that minors and also enthusiasts over 70 be accompanied by family member or
- We post pictures and videos of trips covered by us during and after, in the social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram etc. If in any case you do not wish to be featured, you need to alert us before the trip begins.
- Hills & Vales reserves the right to edit/add or remove any content submitted in the blog.
- The Booking conditions shall be in accordance with the law of India. Any litigations arising for the same shall be subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only.
- Your booking confirmation is considered as your acceptance to all the terms and conditions mentioned. Any disputes whatsoever, if arises, shall be subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only.
